Quick Ab Circuit

Good Morning Friends!

I told yall I was going to start sharing some of my workouts with you, and today I wanted to share my Quick Ab Circuit.

This workout doesn’t take much time to complete, and you can literally do it anywhere. You do not need any equipment besides a mat. There are 7 total moves in the circuit, but I recommend repeating the circuit 3-5X if you want it to be your only workout of the day. Your fitness level will determine how many rounds you are able to complete.

There is a combination of ab moves and total body cardio moves. The reason I combine the two in the circuit, is so you can get more benefits in a smaller amount of time. You will be burning fat while building muscle, and your abs will thank you for it!

Now, the visibility of your abs has a lot to do with your eating habits. but preforming workouts like this one, will certainly speed up the process!

The Circuit:

50X scissor kicks

50X mountain climbers

30X 1-2-3 crunch

20X (each side) knee taps

20X (each side) cross body crunch

30X plank hop-ins

10X slow leg raises

Repeat 3-5 times
