Cinnamon Raisin Bread / Vegan & Oil Free

VEGAN OIL FREE CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD

The other night, laying in my bed, I had a mad craving for cinnamon raisin bread.

Mmmm. One of my all time favorite sweet snacks. I had planned on going to the grocery store to buy some, but instead, I made some.

And I am so glad I did.

Because This. Is. BOMB!!!

So cinnamon-y, fluffy, and delicious. It is perfectly sweet, melts right in your mouth.. Basically the best cinnamon raisin bread I’ve ever had.. If I say so myself.

I some how mad this oil free, and it turned out amazing!! The texture is perfect and the loaf turned out crispy around the edges 🙂 IMG_4281
