Growth + Coping with Emotions Guided Meditation

This meditation is here to help you deal with the emotions that may come up for you during a period of uncomfortable or confronting growth.

Our goal is to allow you to feel & heal the blocks that are keeping you from stepping into your Power.

You should go into this meditation with a specific emotion that you have been experiencing in mind. You can also do this meditation when the emotion is triggered and you want to work through it.

Our emotions are like clouds passing in the sky. We have the ability to feel them, and then allow them to pass, and float on by.
