3 Months to better living– A 3 month plan to guide you through building new habits while helping you stay accountable. This is self love focused. Mold your new life with weekly calls, meal and exercise plans built for your needs, and constant support.
6 months to your ideal life style- A 6 month plan to instill healthy habits into your daily life. You will become completely immersed in your new self-love life style while you are building lasting habits. This plan will show you how simple, delicious, and fun a journey to self love and confidence should be. With every session, meal plan critique, exercise revision- we will create the most energetic, happy, and confident version of yourself.
*1 time sessions- The one time sessions are ideal for anyone searching for immediate support. We make a game plan specific to you, so you can flourish in your self love goals. We work on self talk, and I give you process to use so you can put all the information into action.
