These are a perfect snack.. Filling yet super light. & really easy to make! <3
Only 5 ingredients:
10 pitted medjool dates (or 20 regular ones)
1/3 cup nut butter (I used a combo of peanut butter & almond butter)
1/3 cup cashews chopped
3tbs maple syrup
1 1/2 cup raw oats

You can blend in a blender or mash together in a bowl with a fork. 🙂
