This face scrub is the only thing I put on m face, period.

I use it 3-4x a week, and that is the only type of face wash I use. and let me tell you, my skin has never been better. One reason I think this face scrub is soo effective, is the combination of the natural products.

There are only 3 ingredients in this scrub.

Coconut Oil:
moisturizes skin
soften & opens pores for deep cleansing
acts as an antibacterial cleanser
repairing collagen layers

Lavender:
antibacterial & antiseptic
reduces redness
sooths & cools skin
detoxes skin
improves blood circulation

Sea Salt:
detoxes skin
exfoliates
balances oil production
reduces fluid retention
increases circulaion

 Scrub Recipe:

This recipe makes quite a bit, so feel free to half it if you prefer.
This is a total Goddess Self Care recipe, I recommend it for any self care ritual. What makes it super fun and in my opinion, more effective, is infusing it with a beauty spell. Create a sacred space by opening a circle or lighting candles, or using an altar, etc. Say the spell 3 times 3 times while making the face scrub potion (9x total). Think about the spell & how this scrub is nourishing & cleansing your skin as you use it.

What you will need:
1/4 cup of fine sea salt (course will scratch your face!)
1 cup of coconut oil
20 drops of lavender essential oil
a tight sealing jar

put 1 cup of coconut oil in the jar

Add the 1/4 cup of fine sea salt to the jar

Then, add 20 drops of lavender essential oil

mix well

Store in the air tight jar! Keep in your shower & use a few times a week, depending on your skin. Make sure you use it as a way to love & nourish yourself, infusing it with Love & High Vibes.
